Delivery area
Niswah Boutique currently delivers within Qatar only. Please make sure your address follows the Qatar address format at checkout: Zone, Street, Building number and Unit or Flat number. This helps our courier find you on the first attempt.

Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the next working day. Delivery times may be longer during Ramadan, Eid and sale periods.

Order tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at info@niswahboutique.com or +974 3388 2265 with your order number.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery twice and contact you by phone before each attempt. If both attempts fail, the order is returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
