These Terms & Conditions govern your use of niswahboutique.com and any purchase you make from Niswah Boutique (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or description error is found, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and card payments. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we do not store your card details.
4. Product information
We take care to show colours and fabrics accurately. Small differences between the photograph and the item can occur because of screen settings and natural fabric variation, and are not a defect. Measurements in the size chart are a guide.
5. Delivery
Delivery is within Qatar only, on the terms set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Qatar consumer protection law, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.
7. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photographs, text, logos and designs, belongs to Niswah Boutique or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Liability
We are liable for loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence, to the extent required by law. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Qatar.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
